Support - Skull King - Score

A scorepad for the Skull King card game.

How is a round scored?

Everyone announces their bid, then you record who wins each trick, one at a time. Scores compute themselves. Because tricks are recorded individually, the total cannot end up inconsistent.

I made a mistake on a round I already confirmed

Open the scoresheet from the header, then tap the round in question. You can correct the bids and the winner of each trick there. The whole standings recompute.

How do I handle the Kraken?

Turn on “Kraken expansion” on the home screen. A Discarded trick button then appears while scoring: the trick goes to nobody, as the rule requires, and the round still validates.

Where are the bonuses?

You arm them before naming the winner, in the bar at the bottom of the scoring screen: a 14 in a suit, the black 14, the Skull King capturing a pirate, a mermaid capturing the Skull King. They go to the player who wins the trick. The Loot alliance bonus, which rewards two players, is entered in the end-of-round summary.

A bonus was not counted

By default, bonuses only count if the bid is met - that is the official rule. The “Bonuses even on a missed bid” option on the home screen lets you play differently.

I closed the app mid-game

Nothing is lost. Everything is saved at every step: reopen the app and choose “Resume game”.

Can I play without providing a photo?

Yes. A player without a photo gets a coloured badge with their initials. Access to the photo library and camera is entirely optional.

Are my photos sent anywhere?

No. They stay on your device.

How many players, how many rounds?

From 2 to 8 players, 5 to 10 rounds. Adjustable before starting the game.

What about the Rascal variant?

Available on the home screen: same value for everyone, a one-trick margin counted at half.
